The Renogy 2000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger combines a powerful DC-to-AC inverter, an automatic AC transfer system and a multi-stage battery charger in one unit. Designed for caravans, motorhomes, boats, trucks, off-grid systems and home backup applications, it converts 12V battery power into clean 230V AC power for compatible appliances and electronic equipment.
Delivering 2,000W of continuous output and up to 6,000W peak power, the inverter can accommodate the brief startup demands of compatible refrigerators, motors, washing machines and certain air conditioners. When shore or mains power becomes available, the unit automatically transfers the load and charges the connected battery bank.
The integrated LCD display provides clear system information, while the included remote control allows convenient operation when the inverter is installed out of immediate reach.

Four-Stage Battery Charging
The integrated charger uses four charging stages to maintain a compatible battery bank:
- Bulk: Supplies high charging current to restore battery capacity.
- Boost: Raises the battery to its specified charging voltage.
- Float: Maintains the battery after charging is complete.
- Equalisation: Provides a controlled equalisation stage for compatible lead-acid batteries.
Important: Equalisation must only be used with battery types that support it. It should not be applied to lithium, sealed AGM or GEL batteries unless specifically permitted by the battery manufacturer.

Important Appliance Compatibility
The inverter’s 6,000W peak rating is intended for brief startup surges. Confirm both the continuous consumption and startup requirement of each appliance before connection. Compatibility with a 1kW air conditioner, refrigerator, pump, motor or washing machine will depend on its actual startup current and operating characteristics.
Installation Notice
This inverter can draw approximately 167A at its full 2,000W output, before allowing for conversion losses. It therefore requires correctly sized battery cables, suitable fuses or circuit breakers, secure connections, adequate ventilation and a battery bank capable of supplying the required current.
