Engineered for superior performance and reliability, this high-output dual-row light bar combines advanced optics, premium components, and rugged construction to deliver exceptional visibility in all conditions.
Powered by 40 premium OSRAM OSLON® LEDs, the Rigel Series produces an impressive 15,096 lumens while projecting a highly effective beam pattern reaching 509 metres at 1 Lux. The innovative dual-row reflector design combines a focused 13° spot beam with wide 90° flood beams, providing both long-range visibility and broad peripheral illumination.
At the heart of the Rigel Series is Vision Drive Technology, which uses curved and metallised reflectors to maximise light harvesting, reduce light loss, and create smooth, clean beam patterns. This advanced optical design delivers excellent visibility on remote trails, gravel roads, construction sites, farms, and marine environments.
The 5,500K colour temperature produces a crisp white light with a slightly warmer tone, improving contrast and reducing eye fatigue during extended night driving while maintaining excellent visibility in all weather conditions.
Designed for harsh environments, the Rigel Series features a durable aluminium housing protected by AkzoNobel powder coating for superior resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, and environmental wear. The strengthened polycarbonate lens and screwless UV resin-sealed front frame provide complete IP68-rated protection against dust, mud, water ingress, and heavy washdowns.
Integrated heat sinks ensure efficient cooling and contribute to an impressive 50,000-hour lifespan, while the built-in breather system prevents condensation buildup inside the housing. Electronic protection systems guard against reverse polarity and flickering for reliable performance wherever your journey takes you.
With both side-mount and bottom-mount brackets included, the Rigel Series offers exceptional installation flexibility for bull bars, nudge bars, roof racks, sports bars, trailers, boats, and utility vehicles. Interchangeable colour caps allow you to customise the appearance to suit your vehicle's style.
