Product Details
Digital Wireless Backup Camera System
Reverse and park with greater confidence.
Improve your view behind your vehicle with the Digital Wireless Backup Camera System. Combining an HD monitor with a weather-resistant rear camera, it provides a live rear view to help you spot obstacles and manoeuvre through tight spaces.
Ideal for parking, reversing into a campsite or navigating a busy driveway, this system adds practical rear visibility to compatible cars, SUVs, bakkies, trucks and recreational vehicles.
Key Features
- HD monitor: Provides a clear, detailed view behind your vehicle.
- Digital wireless connection: Transmits video between the camera and monitor without a video cable running the length of the vehicle.
- Live rear view: Helps you identify obstacles, people and vehicles while manoeuvring.
- Simple installation: Connect the monitor to a suitable 12V outlet and wire the camera to an appropriate vehicle power source.
- Weather-resistant camera: Designed for exposure to everyday outdoor driving conditions.
- Versatile application: Suitable for a range of compatible vehicles, including caravan and RV installations.
Installation & Power
The monitor connects to your vehicle’s 12V power outlet, while the camera requires a wired power connection. Connect the camera to a suitable reversing-light circuit for operation when reverse gear is selected, or an appropriate power source for the intended setup.
Wireless refers to video transmission between the camera and monitor. Both components require power. Confirm supply-voltage compatibility and wireless range before installation, particularly on longer vehicles or caravans.
Everyday Reversing Assistance
Enjoy added visibility when parking at home, positioning your caravan or reversing in confined spaces. The rear camera complements your mirrors and helps you make more informed manoeuvring decisions.
Always check your surroundings when reversing. The camera is a driving aid and does not replace direct observation.
