The Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Mk.2 combines precision, speed and versatility in an advanced electric belt-sharpening system. Developed in collaboration with legendary knife maker Ken Onion, it delivers consistent sharpening for kitchen knives, pocket knives, outdoor blades, scissors, axes and various tools.
Seven electronically controlled motor speeds provide greater control across different sharpening applications, with the selected setting clearly displayed on the LED screen.
The horizontally mounted angle guide is easy to view and adjusts from 15° to 30° in precise 0.5° increments. Leather-lined guides help protect blades from scratches, while the edge guide supports consistent sharpening from heel to tip.
