The Work Sharp Ken Onion Edition Elite Mk.2 is an advanced electric sharpening system developed in collaboration with legendary knife maker Ken Onion. Designed for knife enthusiasts, collectors and workshop use, it combines flexible abrasive-belt technology with precise angle adjustment and seven motor-speed settings.
This Elite package includes the Mk.2 sharpener and Blade Grinding Attachment, providing greater control, adjustable angles from 10° to 35° and the ability to create durable convex edge profiles.
The adjustable sharpening guide accommodates angles from 15° to 30°, while the digital LED display makes it easy to select between seven motor-speed settings. The system is suitable for maintaining kitchen knives, pocket and outdoor knives, scissors, axes and a variety of workshop tools.
