Designed and engineered in Australia, this universal kit substantially reduces the amount of oil entering the engine’s intake system through blow-by gases from the crankcase ventilation system.
Protect Your Diesel Engine
Diesel engines produce blow-by gases containing fine oil droplets. Without effective separation, this oil can enter the clean-air intake through the crankcase ventilation system.
The ProVent® 200 Oil Separator separates oil from these gases, helping keep the intake system, turbocharger, intercooler and other critical engine components cleaner.
How It Works
The Direction-Plus™ ProVent® Ultimate Catch Can System separates oil from the blow-by gases produced inside the crankcase.
The cleaned air is redirected into the intake system, while the separated oil can be collected through the drain or returned to the sump, depending on the installation. This helps reduce intake contamination, carbon build-up and progressive engine-performance loss.
