The Tough Dog shock is not a replacement shock for a Safari shock!!!!
The Coil length and shock strap length of the Tough Dog shock if different from the Safari shocks setup.
When one wants to upgrade the suspension from an older Safari shock setup to the newer Tough Dog setup, one has to replace the following:
1. Tough Dog Shocks x 2
2. Longer Coils x 2
3. Shock Straps x 2
