When maximum visibility is essential, the Lightfox Rigel Series 30" Osram LED Light Bar delivers powerful illumination and rugged durability for the toughest conditions.
Powered by sixty premium OSRAM OSLON® LEDs, this high-performance dual-row light bar produces an impressive 22,644 lumens while projecting a beam reaching 612 metres at 1 Lux. The advanced reflector design combines a focused 13° spot beam for long-distance visibility with wide 90° flood beams that illuminate the surrounding terrain, providing exceptional coverage for high-speed driving, technical trails, and remote exploration.
At the core of the Rigel Series is Lightfox's advanced Vision Drive Technology. Using curved and metallised reflectors, the system maximises light harvesting, reduces beam scatter, and creates smooth, evenly distributed illumination with outstanding clarity and efficiency.
The 5,500K colour temperature produces a crisp white beam with a slightly warmer tone, helping reduce eye fatigue during extended night-time driving while maintaining excellent contrast and terrain definition.
Built to withstand harsh environments, the Rigel Series features a heavy-duty aluminium housing protected by premium AkzoNobel powder coating for superior resistance to corrosion, UV exposure, and environmental wear. The strengthened polycarbonate lens offers exceptional durability against impacts, scratches, and debris encountered during off-road adventures.
The screwless front frame combined with UV resin sealing creates a fully sealed IP68 waterproof and dustproof housing, ensuring reliable performance through rain, mud, dust, river crossings, and high-pressure washdowns. An integrated breather system prevents condensation build-up, while built-in electronics protect against reverse polarity and flickering for dependable operation in all conditions.
Designed for versatility, the included side and bottom mounting brackets allow fitment on bull bars, roof racks, nudge bars, canopies, trailers, UTVs, agricultural equipment, and commercial vehicles.
To complete the look, the Rigel Series includes interchangeable colour caps in Yellow, Orange, Grey, Black, and Red, allowing you to customise your vehicle's appearance and stand out on every adventure.
